Tip of the Day – Open URL in a specific browser

Within a Liquit package you can define an action ‘Open URL’ which opens an URL in your default browser.

But sometimes, e.g. for compatibility reasons, you want this URL not to be opened in your default browser but in a specific browser.

That’s why, under the ‘Advanced’ tab, we’ve added an option to select a specific browser.

So let’s say this specific URL loads best in Chrome, you select ‘Chrome’ in the list below. And then when the user click the Smart Icon in Liquit Workspace, the specified URL is not opened in their default browser but in Google Chrome:
