Ridderkerk, The Netherlands – Liquit is excited to announce another major step to support its ambitious plans. In December of last year, Bob Janssen joined the team in an advisory role. With this pragmatic technologist and passionate innovator Liquit is adding years of experience to its executive team.
Bob is a well-known name in the industry. For over 25 years, he has been innovating IT. In 1999 he co-founded RES Software and created its innovative workspace, automation, and identity technology while driving the company’s vision. RES Software was acquired by Ivanti in 2017 after selling more than 5 million licenses worldwide. At Ivanti, Bob provided innovational leadership in technology breakthroughs and incubating new offerings.
Since joining Liquit last month, he has been learning more about the Liquit organization, products, and its customers. He will help to guide the executive team with their next key steps. He will not only provide guidance and advice on the technical side of the company, but he will also be involved in important business decisions the team makes.
Why Liquit? Bob explains: “I had been following Liquit already for some time. They developed the right technology for true workspace aggregation early on. Also, in my role at Ivanti I had been involved in the negotiations about the OEM agreement with Ivanti and was impressed with what they had accomplished already. Their future is very bright. There is an enormous potential for Liquit to become a serious platform player in the industry globally. It is a great moment to get on board and be part of this unique and already successful team.”
